Not working after retirement won’t work for either. I like staying active. That's why I have started putting down my bucket of hobbies I will do when I retire.

I have always wanted to go into farming. Probably own a ranch and farm. But I'm sure I won’t be bored when I retire. I plan on retiring at 50 and dedicate the rest of my live to serving the community.

I recently tried a new therapy group, and we discussed a topic similar to this one.

The host discussed how having too much time on our hands can lead to trouble.

The solution is to get busy and stay busy.

Like you said, rest without work isn't fun or fulfilling.

I enjoy working - at least on my own stuff. I never want to "retire" because I like doing stuff. I like being busy. I like creating and sharing, and also believe in being useful and contributing to society.

By my standards, I'm winning at life.
